Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Early Childhood Education with at least 2 years' experience. OR a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' experience.

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations to identify areas of delay or concern

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results

• Collaborate with families to provide education, support, and resources

• Work with other professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians

• Monitor and document children's progress toward developmental goals

• Adjust intervention strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments

• Proficiency in using assessment tools and software

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: From $30.00 per billable hour

 

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
